When will you ship my order?
We bake every Tuesday and ship on wednesday. For now, we ship orders every Wednesday. As our production expands, we will adjust our baking to twice a week and shipping day to twice a week, we will keep you updated.
If you place an order after 8:00pm Monday, it will ship the following Wednesday.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping times vary depending on your location.
Why are the products not identical?
Each of our products are handmade, meaning no two items will ever be exactly the same
What is the shelf-life of your cookies?
Our cookies are individually packaged within hours of baking to lock in that fresh baked flavour! We recommend eating the cookies within one week of receiving them. If you're planning on enjoying them after a week, we recommend freezing them! They can be stored in the freezer for 3 months.
When you're ready to enjoy your cookies, thaw and then warm them up in the microwave for 30 seconds and allow to rest for 1 minute before digging in.
Alternatively you can heat them in the oven/air fryer for 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees.
Do you have any serving suggestions?
YES - our cookies are best enjoyed warmed up!
We suggest reheating your cookies for 20-30 seconds depending on how powerful your microwave is. Allow your cookie to rest for 1 minute before digging in
Allergens
We process wheat (gluten), dairy (milk), eggs, soy, peanuts, nuts and tree nuts. As a result, all of our products may contain trace amounts of these ingredients.
If you or your gift recipient have a severe allergy to any of these ingredients, we do not recommend eating our cookies even if it is not listed as an ingredient.

Can I order cookies in bulk for an event?
Yes you can. Our Minimum bulk order quantity is 50 pieces.
Each cookie is individually packaged and labelled with the flavour, and we are able to provide customizations on the sticker at an additional cost!
