Thank you for choosing Budsheaven Bakery, we are dedicated to delivering freshly baked goods to your doorsteps.

Please review our return and refund policies below:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we can't offer a refund or exchange on food.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If there is an issue with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items, or damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving (or not receiving) your delivery. To help us process your claim quickly, include a photo of the product(s) and a description of the issue. We will either replace the item(s) at no additional cost or issue a store credit. Replacement orders may take up to 4 business days to be processed and shipped. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations and changes: Orders may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date. Once orders are in processing or shipped, they can not be changed or cancelled.

Delivery Issues: Budsheaven Bakery is not responsible for delays due to delivery courier issues. However, if an order fails to arrive, please reach out, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement. If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund or replacement.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
